Loyalty Program

Each eligible purchase is added to your cumulative account total. As soon as this total reaches the threshold for a higher level, the corresponding benefits are automatically unlocked, in addition to those already earned at previous levels.

2. Checking your benefits
All your active benefits, as well as your current level, are available at any time in your Customer Area, under "My Loyalty". We recommend checking this section regularly to make the most of the offers linked to your level.

3. Annual reassessment
At the beginning of each year, your level is recalculated based on the amount of your purchases made during the previous year.

Example: if you spent €105 during year N, you keep Silver status in January N+1. If your purchases during year N+1 total €305, you move to or remain at Gold level in January N+2. However, if your purchases during year N+1 are below €100, your level returns to Bronze in January N+2.

4. Essential conditions

• Loyalty program discounts and offers cannot be combined with one another.
• Vaping products are excluded from the program: purchases of these products do not count toward the cumulative amount used to determine your level, and no loyalty program discount applies to them.
• Your level and benefits are reassessed each year according to the terms described above.
